The partnership was created thanks to the Grundtvig European Program in February 2010. All organizations participating in the project develop environmental education programs for adults in their countries aimed at promoting sustainability in one or more subject areas of action such as:
- Saving and energy efficiency
- Promoting renewable energy
- Saving and efficient use of water
- Responsible consume and life style
- Sustainable mobility
- Conservation of protected natural areas
